Port Elizabeth is known for its superb weather conditions. Its beautiful seafront boasts warm water and protected beaches where many sports activities take place. The bay has been tagged as the Water sport Capital of Africa with 2 beaches being awarded Blue Flag status.

The Eastern Cape is a malaria-free game viewing area. Visitors can enjoy the Big 5 game viewing experience within a one hours drive. Several private game farms ensure that the region is well stocked with an abundance of wild game species.

Cultural experiences and different tours into townships are also available. These will include visits to places of historical and political interest, as well as visits to "Shebeens" (traditional bars) where you can enjoy the food, music and dancing.

The Boardwalk Casino and Entertainment Complex offers many fine restaurants, shops, craft market and movie theatres. This complex is within a 5 minute walk from the guesthouse. Nelson Mandela Bay offers a variety of indoor and outdoor activities which cater for the needs of all our visitors.
